Can
I Still Get Tickets?
Yes, and it’s even easier now! Tickets are selling very well and are
still available through TheSocialConnection.com,
NYEDetroit.com, ResolutionBallDetroit.com
& Ticketmaster.
When you place your order, you’ll get a credit card receipt in your email. Tickets
purchased through Ticketmaster will give you the option to print your ticket or
pick them up at Will Call. Tickets purchased through the other websites
mentioned here, will be available at Will Call at The Fillmore the day of the
event beginning at 6pm under the name of the purchaser. Tickets
and valid ID required – No Exceptions!

Tickets AND An OPEN Bar – Are You Kidding?
We never kid about good
booze or a great party. Arrive at 8pm, enjoy the premium open bar and Champagne
reception until 9:30pm, get fed well at Midnight with the outstanding Midnight
Snack Buffet, party until 4 am and we’ll shuttle you to your hotel (book
separately) after Detroit’s most amazing NYE celebration! Tickets and ID
required.
What
Times Can I Order or Pick Up My Tickets?
All tickets will be at
"will call" and can be picked up at the Fillmore when you arrive on
New Year's Eve.
How
many people are expected to attend
The
comfortable capacity of Resolution Ball 2009 at the Fillmore Detroit is 1,750
guests. We hope you are one of them! Tickets & ID are REQUIRED.

kind of crowd are you expecting?
Young professionals in their 20's and up. It's a great mix of singles and couples
and an even male/female ratio.
Will
I be able to get a drink?
YES!!! The
Fillmore Detroit has one of the most skilled bar staff around. These are bar
pros and there will be over 20 bartenders to serve you!
Will
I get a confirmation email?
Approximately 48 hours before the party, you will get a reminder in an email.
What
about parking?
Valet parking is available and recommended. There are ample parking structures
and public parking lots
within 3 blocks of The Fillmore.
What
do I do with my coat?
Coat
check is complimentary. Happy New Year! Coat
check is limited to the first 500 guests – if you valet we recommend leaving
your coat in the car!
I’m
a VIP – what do I get?
220 VIP guests will enjoy NYE in style with an all-access VIP ticket. The
Fillmore's exclusive mezzanine level offers the perfect option for those
wanting more on New Year's Eve with a spectacular view of the main dance floor
and full access to all the party has to offer. VIP Guests will enjoy
complimentary valet parking, preferred entry, private, gourmet food stations,
7-hour premium open bar - 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM, a complimentary

time do the doors open?
8pm! Arrive early, check your coat and find a great spot!

should I wear?
It's New Year's Eve. Dress up, dress nice.
Are
jackets required for guys?
Jackets no. Pants yes.
Can
I wear a tux?
Black Tie optional but not required.

about the ladies?
Dress up!!! Long or short dresses, etc, wear what makes your night special!

I be on camera?
Very likely. We'll have cameras circulating throughout the party all night
long! So smile!
Should
I purchase General Admission or VIP tickets?
There's no wrong answer here. There is a ticket for everyone! With a general
admission ticket, you'll enjoy the same

many VIP tickets will be sold for Resolution Ball 2009?
We have 220 VIP tickets only!
Is
it possible to guarantee seating?
Yes. A limited number of tables will be available in the VIP section. Please
contact the office at 248-543-1000 for pricing information and reservations.
Is
seating available outside of the VIP section?
Yes. Although tables won't be assigned or guaranteed, every venue offers some
seating for guests who need to rest in between trips to the bar, food stations
and dance floors. But with the DJs we've line up in each city, you won't spend
much time sitting.
What
kind of music can I expect to hear?
The good kind that makes you want to dance all night! That 80’s Band from
9-11pm, then the dj’s take over! DJ Tommy Holiday & DJ Sandman till 4am!
How
do I get tickets?
Below each ticket option on ResolutionBallDetroit.com,
TheSocialConnection.com, NYEDetroit.com,
websites, there is a link that takes you to the purchase page. Follow the
purchasing instructions and you will have your tickets reserved in no time!
Tickets are also available through ticketmaster.com.
All guest will be under the purchaser’s name.
Bring a copy of your receipt and a photo ID to pick up your tickets.
Will
ticket prices go up?
No, not this year! We know money is tight.
If you snooze, you may lose and not get a ticket, so we recommend you
get them early!
How
do I get tickets after December 26?
If tickets are still available, simply follow the same instructions as above
and print your confirmation. Your tickets can be picked up at will call the
night of the party.
Are
tickets refundable?
No. You are welcome to sell or give
your ticket to a friend. They must have your receipt.
What
happens if I show up without my ticket?
You won't get in. Tickets and valid ID are absolutely required for entry.
Can
I pay with cash?
Yes. If you would prefer to pay with cash, please contact us to make special

Will
tickets be sold at the door?
Unlikely. We expect to sell out well before the party starts.
Will
anyone under 21 be admitted?
No. Legal, picture ID is required (Passport, State ID, and Driver’s License).
Are group discounts available?
Yes. There is an automatic $10 per ticket discount applied when you buy 6 or
more VIP $100 tickets; an automatic $5 per ticket discount applied when you
buy 6 or more GA $50 tickets; an automatic $5 per ticket discount
applied when you buy 10 or more $30 tickets. For groups of 15 or more
