Notice to all Patrons
Each person attends events sponsored by The Social Connection, LLC at his/her own risk, and The Social Connection, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any such person. In consideration of the privilege of attending events sponsored by The Social Connection, LLC, patrons waive any and all claims they or their heirs may have against The Social Connection, LLC, it's owners, managers, and employees.  Furthermore, The Social Connection, LLC reserves the right to decline to schedule any individual for any future dinners or other events sponsored by The Social Connection, LLC for any reason, whatsoever, upon the refund of any unused dinner or event fees paid by such individual to The Social Connection, LLC. Unless otherwise notified in writing by event participants, attendance at a The Social Connection sponsored event acknowledges agreement for permission to use any photos taken for placement on website, newspaper articles or other promotional materials.

Refund Policy
All participation at The Social Connection, LLC events is based on advanced payment and registration unless noted as a "pay at the door" event.  Unless otherwise stated for special events, the cancellation of pre-paid reservations 72 hours (3 days or more) prior to an event will receive either a full credit toward a future Social Connection event or a refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Because many of our facilities require us to guarantee the number of participants 
3 days prior to an event and require payment regardless if participant attends, there are NO REFUNDS given for cancellations less than 72 hours prior to an event.  Although The Social Connection is NOT obligated to find a replacement, 
if a replacement is made, only an account credit to be used toward future events will be given.  For Cancellations within 24 hours of an event event or "no shows", there is NO REFUND and there is NO CREDIT carried forward.  You may transfer your reservation to someone else with the approval and confirmation of 
The Social Connection, LLC.   

All New Year's Eve Ticket Sales Are Final.

Privacy Policy
We maintain a commitment to the privacy of our members.
Our privacy policy strictly forbids that we sell or give out member information.
We will not entertain solicitations for such information.
