This is a membership to The Social Connection – Metro Detroit’s largest community for upscale professional singles.

HOW TO JOIN.  You must be at least 21 years of age to join The Social Connection. As part of the enrollment process, you will be required to submit a valid, current credit card and you will be billed for a full paying subscription to The Social Connection.  Your membership to The Social Connection allowing access to all site features will begin immediately upon approval by The Social Connection of the above information.  The Social Connection reserves the right to refuse any Subscription for any reason.

ELIGIBILITY.  Eligibility is limited to non-subscribers of The Social Connection.

CONFIDENTIALITY.  All information supplied by you to The Social Connection during the completion of the registration, and subscription forms is subject to the privacy protection described on the The Social Connection web site, located at www.TheSocialConnection.com.

BILLING UPON EXPIRATION.  Upon the completion of your initial membership term you will be automatically billed at the rate consistent with your Subscription package selection.  You will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis to ensure uninterrupted access to your subscription.  You may resign your membership according to the terms of this agreement.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the seller's third business day following the original date of the contract. To cancel this agreement, mail or deliver this signed and dated notice, which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. This notice shall be sent to: The Social Connection, LLC, Attn: Cancellations, 120 Catalpa, Royal Oak , MI   48067. You may also cancel by phone, emailing to membership@TheSocialConnection.com.  Please include your first and last name as well as your Social Connection user ID # and password in any correspondence or your refund may be delayed.

NOTICE OF MEMBERSHIP RESIGNATION
Upon completion your membership subscription commitment consistent with your initial package selection, your membership may be resigned with a 30 day written notice delivered to the club.  The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the contract and want to resign membership.  This notice shall be sent to: The Social Connection, LLC, Attn: Cancellations, 120 Catalpa, Royal Oak , MI 48067.  
You may also cancel by fax or by emailing membership@TheSocialConnection.com. 
Please include your first and last name as well as your Social Connection user ID # and password in any correspondence.  Membership billing will cease 30 days after 1) Date written notice is postmarked 2)  Email is time stamped electronically 3)  Fax is time stamped.    Cancellation Form (link to cancellation form).

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP.  Your membership is subject to all the terms and conditions on the The Social Connection site.

MISCELLANEOUS.  This offer is VOID where prohibited.
